Bay Area Native DJ Tune started out like most of His generation by spinning Hip Hop in the late 80's. Once exposed to the Rave scene in the early 90's He started exploring House music with His friend DJ Abdul Shakir. First as fans and dancers then later forming the DJ Crew Houseblends with added partner Matt Bloom. Tune got hired at Daddy's Records in Berkeley and along with His crew became their hub and work place where Tune would record most of His legendary mix tape series. He would reunite with His old friend DJ Val deSole bringing Him into the Daddy's Records family. Through a mutual love for deep House Tune and Val created a new musical adventure called Talkin' Soul honing his skills every Friday in SF helping foster and break new and old deep house artists for 3 years that created a Tour featuring many of the artists. This account serves to be an archive of this latter journey of Tunes with CD mixes from 2000-2010 some tapes will be uploaded as they are found or contributed.
