DJ Tattz ventured outside his local town at weekends attending clubs including Cream, Gatecrasher & Orbit where he met djs and decided to give it a go himself.
He developed his craft in 1996 in his hometown Hull whilst clubbing locally he regularly listened to the essential mix and renaissance cds.
Gav's musical influences were Sasha, John Digweed, Pink Floyd & Faithless. He began his own night alongside DJ Crazy Kenny and DJ Rob Taylor in 1999 in Hull which included genres of trance, techno, acid & hard trance, hard house/dance. Gav bumped into one of his inspirations Sister Bliss at Eden in Ibiza in 2001.
DJ Tattz was invited to DJ alongside other established DJ's at Dizstruxshon in Yorkshire and became a resident DJ at Industry.
After a long break he decided to get behind the decks once again as never lost his passion for electronic dance music. He remains one of the resident DJ's for Digital Horizon.
