With many years of perfecting his sound, Tamar Hunter has crossed genre boundaries and has a very fluid sound. With the Jamaican and Italian influences as a child combined with his love for languages, you can see this reflects highly in his eclectic music selections. A true Dance Music lover from a very young age, the genres are showcased nicely through sweeping cross-fades and heart felt tracks. His genres in his sets include classic House, Progressive House, Bass House, Trance, Breaks, Garage, Drum & Bass, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Afrobeat, Hip-Hop, Disco, Pop and much more.
After receiving his first CDM’s at the at age 12, he knew that music was his destiny. From playing house parties, he made his way on to the radio in 2010 on Fitchburg State Radio. In 2012 he received his residency at one of Boston's hottest clubs, Machine / Ramrod, where he mixed weekly delivering some of the freshest beats in the city until its close in 2020.
