DJ ShadowDancer has been making and playing music since he was 12. He attended Berklee College of Music as a bass player, majoring in Composition and Arranging. He toured for many years in rock and jazz bands, sharing the stage with Carl Perkins, Chris Isaac, the Neville Brothers, Kansas, Dr. John and members of the Doobie Brothers, the Youngbloods and Quicksilver Messenger Service among many others.

In recent years, ShadowDancer has shifted his focus to DJ work. Driven by a love of transnational music, he incorporates music from all cultures around the globe, to create unique and compelling mixes of dance music for all occasions. , ShadowDancer specializes in music for Ecstatic Dance, and performs at dance events, workshops, parties and festivals throughout Oregon. In 2011 he debuted at Burning Man Festival, showcasing his eclectic style at the HookahDome to an enthusiastic reception.
