Nestor Valiant is a great example of a music enthusiast that at one point decided that he wanted to follow his passion and become a DJ at a later age. In Greek Mythology “Nestor” was a wise old counselor during the Trojan war.
Nestor was born in 1973 and grew up in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. In the 80’s he became fascinated by the drum beats of the first generation of Hip Hop tunes that were mostly generated by the Roland TR-808 drum computer and combined with samples from artists such as James Brown and The Incredible Bongo Band. In the 90’s, Nestor continued to be a Hip Hop head but also developed a taste for many different music styles like New Jack Swing, Jungle, Dance Hall, R&B, Blues, Soul and House Music.
The time has come for Nestor Valiant to combine the desire to perform on stage with the passion for music in the next phase of his life. Please join him on this life-changing journey!!
