Growing up in New York in the 80s and 90s, Jay “Jay Matic” Corbin was never lacking musical influences. From Disco to Rock, Freestyle to Hip Hop, it was an era that fueled the popularity of the “DJ” – the official party rocker.

His football talents took him to Georgia for college, where he expanded his genres to the rhythmic Hip Hop sounds of the “dirty south”. Upon graduation, Jay returned to Brooklyn where he found himself in the mix as an opening DJ for the likes of Q-Tip, DJ S&S, and DJ Clue to name a few
Over the years, Jay continued to build a following and expand his formats to the House, EDM, Latin and Reggae scenes. It was this versatility that opened him up to private events, weddings, and corporate opportunities. Jay has entertained the masses on behalf of giant companies like Nike, Under Armour, ESPN, Adidas, and Polo to name a few. Today, you can find him rocking special events at the Super Bowl for ESPN, and most recently all home games for the New York Jets.
