I have Been a DJ for many years. Loved the late 80's and Techno 1990-1993. What a time that was. I quit in 1995. Techno was dead and got tired of spinning Eurodance. I started DJing again in 2011 and full time since Pandemic. I actually thought learning a controller and digital would be harder than vinyl. I love classic Rave Techno, New Beat, and UK Breakbeat Hardcore music. Most of my mixes are music from 1988-1993(My Favorite era, Pre-EuroDance, Pre Trance Takeover of 1994) but I throw in other songs as well. I also really like New Cyberpunk /Dark Techno / Synthwave and Newer Rave, but I will play almost any good Dance Music from any era or subgenre. Right now I am working on composing and different synthesizers. Using a DAW you can emulate almost anything. There are VST plugins for MOOG Modular synths. It is a pretty incredible time now. I am an oldskool traditionalist and Techno All The Way, Every Day!
