My name is Henry Diaz-Alvarez but, most people know me as DJ HD. I’m originally from Puerto Rico but, I’m currently living in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Ever since I can remember I have always had passion for Music. I started taking music lessons when I was 7 years old. I started out playing the alto saxophone for my high school band and local merengue bands and then soprano saxophone in the College marching band for about five years. In June 2015 I bought a Pioneer DJ Controller “really small” and began teaching myself the basics of DJing music. After developing my skill and learn from other well recognized professional DJs like Phil Morse and Steve Canueto from “Digital DJ”, Luis Martines from “El Arte de Ser DJ” and Jamie Hartley from the “Crossfader” and many more, I quickly developed a passion for performing in front of people. I've had the opportunity to performance in many public placed like restaurants, bars, outdoor family and privately events.
