Michael Geissen aka DJ Gulp did start with DJ-ing in 1996 in a small town called Koblenz in the center of Germany.
@ he begins, he started organising partys around his homebase (to promote himself and for a chance to play `loud`).
Till 1998 he played sets in many Clubs around Koblenz, Frankfurt, Cologne & Essen.
In 1999 he moved to Cologne and started a Live-Act called Native-Radio with a friend (Bastian Hoffmann). At this time he also works as DJ and Producer. After several performances in Germany Native Radio released the first album called “Chiba City Blues”. From now on, they were travelling all over Europe playing sets at popular Events like “Fusion Festival“, “Waldfrieden“, “Discobala”, “Nalanda“, “Samuthraki” or “Indian Spirit“ … It goes from Germany, to Greece, Israel, France, Denmark …
After this successful collaboration Michael decided to move to Berlin in 2008 (for a really better daily living ;-))). Now his style goes back to the roots (1992- 1996) and is influenced by
