DJ Dr. Nate loves to play vintage music you can dance to! His favorite music genres are 50s Swing, Rockabilly, Doo-Wop, Jump Blues, Tiki & Surf, and vintage R&B. He grew up hearing his talented dad singing hits of many classic artists from Johnny Cash to Roy Orbison to Mario Lanza. Sadly, he did not inherit his dad’s singing voice, so he spins the tunes instead!
He's been putting together music he loves from a young age, making his first “mix tape” at 7 years old. Nate loves dancing and spins the songs that make him want to dance, hoping everyone else will want to, too!
DJ Dr. Nate spins tunes every Tuesday night at Joe's Great American Bar & Grill in Burbank, CA and most weekends in Clifton's Republic and Pacific Seas. He DJs festivals, like Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend the past couple years, and is available for private gigs, as he has a great sound system and is an experienced emcee.
