DJ Deja Blu was born Choca Flood in Little Rock, Arkansas. His passion for DJing lead him to begin scratching and mixing at the early age of 13 which grew to him becoming an established and accomplished DJ by the age of 17. DJ Deja Blu isn't only an innovative, creative talent; he is also an advocate for higher education. In college, his dedication to his craft earned him the opportunity to spin at the hottest clubs in Arkansas. He has brought in many sold out events, crowds and opportunities for local businesses and musicians alike. Today, he can be seen on stage with some of the world's biggest acts such as R&B Icon Erykah Badu, Hip-Hop Megastar Jeezy, Rap Star Kevin Gates, R&B Sensation Carl Thomas and Diamond Award-Winning Artist Nelly; among others. As he continues to be a humble guy through his success thus far, he insists on turning his craft into a mentoring tool for the troubled youth through various organizations and rallies.
