My name is Jonas but I go by the artist name of David Monthen. (No real reason, just preference.) I'm 21 years old and from Germany.

I started playing the violin when I was 5 years old and also started to take piano lessons when i was 12.

I discovered Electronic Dance Music in 2006 and started producing HandsUp in 2009. I still do that sometimes, but my main focus now is Progressive House / Dubstep.
