Dashing is a seasoned DJ residing in Long Beach, CA. Born and raised in New Jersey, he grew up listening to New York's legendary Hot 97 and immersing himself in Hip Hop culture. Meanwhile, his brothers from the Bay Area would not let this be his only influence. He was being sent Bay Area, CA and other West Coast Hip-Hop all the time. In high school, he discovered live streams of BBC Radio 1 and fell in love with European House Music. Having a passion for all different genres of music, he started messing around on turntables after being snowed in, of all places, Las Vegas at a friend's house.
He has spent the last 10 years mastering his craft and perfecting his skills. Having the music knowledge to play Open Format, Hip-hop, EDM and Top 40, he can rock any party. He beat out 17 other DJs to win Till Dawn Group's 2013 "Moment in the Spotlight" DJ Competition.
