I'm from Cumbria I started DJing about 25 years ago playing on some belt driven turntables just to practice on I got most of my vinyl from pink panther records in Carlisle I think it was a pioneer mixer I also used but I'm not sure about that.
Anyway from there after I learned I little bit more about mixing I spent a bit more money and upgraded to technics I just loved mixing mostly Scouse house and clubland I also liked mixing funky house.
I eventually got a residency in my hometown so I started to build up from there with pa equipment and lighting.
After a few year of mixing I started to get extra gigs some in Workington, Whitehaven and Carlisle in bars and night clubs like, Chasers, Elliots, The Royal Oak, Gallaghers, The Vault, Fusion, The Melting Pot and my biggest one was Tall Trees for Goodgreef when I sent a demo mix to Baz aka Barry Almond I played a few times there for him after this I just went back to doing my own thing when Tall Trees shut down.
