My passion for dance music started as a pre-teen and evolved to DJing at house parties and NYC clubs while in college in the early 90s. Some of my early idols were John "Jellybean" Benitez, Lil Louie Vega and Roman Ricardo. Oh, and of course, I cannot forget the Latin Rascals on WKTU. I emulated their style and followed them on NYC radio or live as a club head. Nowadays I still DJ, although it's mostly private events. I still enjoy a packed dance floor and love putting down DJ sets on mp3.
