One of Manchester's longest serving Dj's is about to set the record straight about the 90's music which was often referred to as "STREETSOUL"

Bullitz was one of the Streetsoul generals which brought mainly "un-licensed or white lable & promo records to the mases when predominantly "Black guys n girls" were excluded and/ or prevented from attending or Djing in Manchester's City Centre Nightclubs.

Contrary to what is being put about on Social media in recent times' there was only a selected group of people who where "Streetsoul DJ's" and true purveyors of that style of music.

I'm not gonna get into naming the DJ's who purchased and played Streetsoul on Pirate/ un-licensed radio stations, Blues party or Night-clubs which were about to close!!

Needless to say' ill go as far as to say over 80% of the DJ's currently claiming to be Streetsoul Dj's and playing the most commercial of Streetsoul...ARE NOT STREETSOUL DJ's but are "Hurry come up's" masquerading as Streetsoul DJ's...
