Black-N-White consists of duo DJ Deuce and PhD. Coming from two different backgrounds (DJ Deuce from a persian heritage growing up in Naples, FL and PhD from a Jamaican heritage growing up in Ft.Lauderdale, FL). This duo met at Florida Atlantic University in the year of 2010 and decided to team up in 2012 to take over the music industry with their combined music talents. DJ Deuce having an orchestral background playing the violin for the philharmonic orchestra of Naples, FL and also having the privilege of playing at the Carnegie Hall in New York. At the same time PhD coming from the classical piano background and also being able to instruct himself to learn percussion.
