I’ll admit: Not much beatmatching in this set. Most of the transitions were convenient drops from one to the next based on how tracks began and ended. This is NOT a good example of my mixing ability.
However, the setlist is pretty sweet. It starts gradually with the Soothed Mix of Depeche Mode’s “Soothe My Soul,” then runs within its scant 35 minutes through rare versions of Kylie Minogue, Miss Jane (GREAT mix), Moby, and an ultra-rare tempo-cranked overhaul of Coldcut’s “People Hold On.” It’s closed out with the somewhat obscure (in the States) “Ne Ver, Ne Boisia (Не верь, не бойся)” and the Dub Manouver version of Gus Gus’ “Purple.”
It’s fun to throw together mixes like this for my days/nights at the gym, and I’m glad that others like them and are getting use out of them as well!
I’ll post some other mixes soon. I need to do another Progression series mix soon, and maybe another “We Called It Techno…”
Enjoy!

This was a different mix. This was more like a "back of the rack" type mix.
You LIE, sir! There's no Burt Bacharach anywhere in this mix! ..............................................................................................................Oh... wait... um... that's different. Never mind. Thanks for the feedback!
