Having fun with some old and new Disco styles, find it hard to mix old school as they had real musicians. BPM often changes from start to finish, so I try other ways to bring in the next track. Sometimes they go wrong or don't do what I hoped, but still turned out ok. Let me know your thoughts?

Oooooooooooh!!! Just got what you mean :*)
And see? You made the Old School Charts :D
What charts??
It's really hard to mix a lot of the old school stuff like you would do with trance and edm. Because of the real drums, it can be all over the shop and they don't have the easy lead-ins and outros like full tracks have now. That's why if I'm gonna mix disco or house (coming soon by the way ;) I try to get modern remakes for remixes that lend themselves to blending together. If you're gonna go with the original old-school tracks you just go with what feels good...no rules ;)
Yeah, very true! I also think your right about no rules, just need to play around. ;*) Will look forward to your mix!
Damn those real drums and variable BPM lol XD Still no hashtags! When you do the description when you upload there's an option to add hashtags, but only 5 of them. You can add them anytime with the edit option :D
Thanks mate, only just worked out how to tag. I was writing them in but not clicking the little tag on right! Any tips on how to mix the old school stuff? Watched a few vids on youtube, most just chop it in or fade ?
Love it!! I want to have an old school disco party now.
We should have one real soon, just need a place to play! ;*)
