Story time!
Some time ago, in the recent past, two young concert DJ’s from Amsterdam east joined forces on a night out at the Sugarfactory. As the evening passed, the duo started to fiddle with danceable indie and non western music. The audience noticed, started dancing and the duo knew they were onto something.

A name was whispered to them while they were playing: Curlpool. It is a never-ending mantra that is repeated over and over, you see them play, you see the curls, you see their hair dance to the weird but wonderful new music, you think of ramen, ramen is found and understood all over the world, so is the music the duo plays, you go back to that bowl ramen because you’re hungry, you look down on it, it is a pool of curls, you see them play, etc.
