Daniel Donnachie is a rare kind of DJ best known for his residency at The Bomb, Nottingham but is also a regular at Fabric, London and an 'honourary' Soul Mekanik. Donnachie has always tried to push the roots of dance music and fuse it into the modern day, making very old tunes sound just as fresh as the new ones, taking influences from Electro, Disco, Funk, Soul and Leftfield House. Donnachie has set pulses racing across the UK doing guest slots at the country's coolest nights (Aficionado, Inside Out, Music Is My Poison, Snafu, Softmachine) and playing alongside highly regarded DJs such as Nick The Record, Francois K, Diesel, Moonboots, Mudd, Bill Brewster, Greg Wilson and Soul Mekanik's Kelvin Andrews, with his choice selection of discoid lovelies, house groovers and a whole lot more besides.
