The phasis of experiments is a delicate issue, nobody knows where it leads to. In a monthly series at Foyer International we try to prove that experimenting is the mother of the most grippiest products: At «Club d`Essai» a motley bunch of Electronica-Wizards is gathering to mess around with their own armada of obscure synthesizers, classic drummachines and selfmade oscillators in an improvised live-set. Open to them where the journey will end up: The range is open from drone music, noise, musique concrète to readymade electronic grooves and techno. This event is a common ground for electronic-music-aficionados.
The Club d`Essai is not only taking place at the physical venue Dampfzentrale, but also in the internet where we installed the long multimedia arm of the event. As a platform and interactive archive we provide you with exclusive mixes & materials and before every show we collect interviews with the upcoming artists. Every show will be streamed worldwide.
