Hi,
I am Chris de Groove, DJ and music lover. In my DJ gigs music is the star. I mix sophisticated styles of music, create eclectic DJ sets and do that with great passion. House, funk, disco / nu disco, electronica, indie dance and downtempo are my favourite genres. I have a preference for tunes with jazzy elements, such as piano strumming, guitar melodies, soulful vocals and, above all, groove that animates the crowd to dance.
Since I attach great importance to a classic style of mixing, I forego using too much effects - music and fun are my focus.
Currently I am playing at the lounge bar in Center Parcs (near Hamburg) as a Resident DJ and at private events.
