Chris Snow is a DJ and producer from Germany. His artist name is based on a fictional character from his favorite book. His music is mainly assigned to electronic dance music but the borders with other music styles are blurred. Inspired by the popular 90s techno and dance productions, Chris created some good remixes with the new music making software at his home computer . Especially the Happy Hardcore Production Dune inspired him alot. Chris quickly realized that the limits of possibility of the music software were reached and he began using more professional tools to work. Only a record label was missing to publish his productions. In order to stay flexible and to remain independent, Chris founded his own label called 'Snowman Records'. Under this label he releases his tracks as MP3 downloads, making it accessible to a broad mass. His biggest dream, however, is a release on vinyl or a successful sampler CD.
