ChraZ was raised with music, being infatuated with songs such as Bawitdaba by Kid Rock and intergalactic by Beastie Boys as a kid.

ChraZ got his start in Midlothian producing and mastering tracks for local Hip Hop groups and producing Dance music of his own.

At the young age of sixteen Chris "ChraZ" Cuthbert worked over time at Menard's to afford a new setup made up with a Traktor Kontrol S4 and a Sony Vaio. He studied hard and worked even harder to get to the level he is at now, dealing with many negative attitudes and hate towards his passion.

ChraZ'z first live gig was his own graduation party, when he played a banging set with a broken arm. Since then he has mixed live at numerous parties and started playing at Oxygen Teen Night Club as just a local DJ. Until soon becoming Oxygen’s Primary Resident DJ
