Chas St.Vincent was born in New York during the heyday of night club disco era & grew up listening to the multi-cutural and dance beat sounds that his home city had to offer.
Because of being exposed to an array of melodies, vocals & beats, his love, appreciation and interest for music was solidified.
His first exposure to Electronic Dance or Techno was to "James Brown Is Dead" at an underground Loft Party in Manhattan.
Later after moving to Central Florida he discovered Danny Tenaglia, coming across the "United DJ's of America" CD's because he searching for the dance sounds that he has been missing from the local radio.
It was Danny Tenaglia's Deep Tribal Dance sound that got him excited and first interested in DJ'ing.
Soon after visiting Miami's Club Space in the early 2000's it was the deep, dirty and heavy beats of Space Resident Oscar G, MURK & Steve Lawler that had him realize that this was the style that touched him the most & wanted to emulate...
