Champagne Sushi launched to the who's who of Bristol's high society back in 2001 seeing DJs from the infamous Birmingham House scene appear at Bristol's underground Fez Club, including the likes of Jeff Jefferson, Cedric Anderson, Ashleigh West, James Fierce, PeJa & Steve Austin. Champagne Sushi provided a feast of glamour to the House Music Fashionista and quickly became the party destination of choice!
Having worked with the likes of Gatecrasher & Ministry of Sound and seen DJs such as Jo Mills, Graham Park, Michael Woods, Pete Devereux, K-Klass & Fran Cosgrave grace the Sushi decks over the years, Champagne Sushi returns in 2017, taking you back to the glamour days of House Music and seeing those original Sushi DJs back on the decks....
