Cerebral Binary's musical affair began 20 years ago. Dave, to those lucky enough to experience him in person played guitar, caressed the mic and even played drums with some great bands. 100's of gigs across the Northwest cemented his ability to write, perform and of course party at will.
Then one heady summer back in 1999 he attended the gargantuan Glastonbury and something took him into ano opposite musical direction. The pounding beat of the 808s and the 909s came across the muddy fields. The sound of the chemical brothers, orbital, daft punk, kraftwerk, penetrated his brain. Dave, like so many before him, was lured by the incessant pounding rhythms of trance, techno and house.
Now Deep House, Minimal, Electro and the like are his weapons of choice in the club. A keen ear for melody and key are his signature when in the mix. In the studio he fuses his acoustic and electronic skills to produce something unique, enduring, and often mystical
