I host a show on Phonic FM on the first Wednesday of each month from 2pm to 4pm. There is a wide variety of music - an alternative to mainstream shows.

Public speaking has been a keen interest since being my brother's best man. I cut my teeth as a member of South West Speakers, speak at conferences and networks, and now run improvisation classes which are a great aid to speaking. I MC occasional events locally.
I have been known to break into song on a conference stage...whatever is necessary to wake 'em up when you are given the after lunch slot :)
