Cajetanus alias „Kai Gerhard“ developed a love for electronic music since 2003. Influenced by some electronic radio stations, he got his own sound and released his first EP on the german techno based label „Herzschlag Recordings“.
Further releases followed, so he could establish himself as a producer. At 22, Cajetanus started DJing as a hobby, It was around this time that he first stepped into the clubbing scene and started playing at smaller clubs in his hometown Siegen (Germany).
Artists such as Agnes, Hector, Matt Tolfrey, Baaz or Julian Perez moved him to a drastic change.
His sound now goes well beyond deep and house grooves, pushing a unique sound that has continuously provided a soundtrack for some of the best club experiences.
