Andy is a huge fan of the 70's. He also likes the type of Rock you can play at home; the sort of songs that make the mainstream charts. He started on hospital radio back in 1979, & has been on commercial & local radio ever since. Nowadays you'll find him on Hastings Rock for a Friday breakfast show, or on More Radio Retro & Isle Of Wight Retro for weekend breakfast, but he's also out & about a lot, hosting at various festivals or events in or around Sussex

Cat loves all things country, country rock, southern rock, & generally old skool rock, but between my Wednesday & occasional Saturday shows, the mix is eclectic!
Cat has grown up around the theatre, & has been in choirs or orchestras for over 40 years, so jumped at the chance when she was asked to join the team of Hastings Rock in 2024, where she has been a regular presenter ever since
