Grown up in the 80ies, C.A.s roots can be found in Old School Hip Hop and Chicago & Acid House. In 1995 he started to work as a Hip-Hop DJ. A visit
at Londons legendary Blue Note club in 1997 and the first contact with the
british D&B scene changed everything. He was struck by the vibe and sound
and started to play strictly Drum & Bass music. He played in lots of
german clubs and festivals, mainly in the saxony area. In 2003 he founded
the CHANNEL BASS CREW, together with DJ Mojo. He initiated the annual D&B
party "Stay Tuned" which took place in club Emil in his former home town
Zittau. Since 2014 C.A. also plays his D&B records in Berlin. His style is a
360° of Drum & Bass. His sets are often a mix of Liquid Funk and Jump Up.
He prefers to play vinyl/timecode vinyl.
