- EN - The International Centre for Training in the Performing Arts, CIFAS, provides artists and cultural operators opportunities to develop their practice by meeting and confronting internationally renowned peers through workshops, artistic and participative local projects, symposiums and seminars. Among its main activities, CIFAS organises SIGNAL, a yearly event to discuss and discover the complex relations between art and public space. It also edits Klaxon, an electronic magazine about the relationship between living art and the city.
