A series of short healthcare programmes by retired-but-refired nurse and midwife Mary Kolu during her studies in BSC Nutrition & Public Health at Huddersfield University (2012).

These podcasts were designed for hard-to-reach communities in Africa - to inform people about health risks and diseases in their area, and aimed at educating listeners on best health practices for themselves and their families.

The series includes emergency health education pieces on the Ebola virus in West Africa.
