Bwomp & Tough Sessions is a collaborative effort between two Los Angeles crews, Bwomp! and Strong & Tough Audio. On the first Sunday of every month, the two crews put on a live webcast on www.lifted.tv, showcasing DJ's and producers with the occasional special guest.
