My playlists are NOT [stereo]typical mixes to showcase my mixing skills.
I'm not attempting to compete or prove myself amongst the thousands of DJs on here. Quite the opposite.
For me, half the fun is creating a mismatch not a seamless beat-match.
Don't be surprised to find grinding techno nestling uneasily alongside repetitive drones and ambient soundscapes. You might also hear some vocals and guitars - shock, horror!
The sounds that I play here are tracks that I have put together for different moods and settings.
