Who is Border Brad? A fifth generation Texan, who was raised and lives in West Texas in the Chihuahuan Desert in the Big Bend Region on the Rio Grande sperating Texas from Mexico. Vastly remote and beautiful on the Texas Mountain Trail is the City of Presidio, Texas establised in 1683 by the Spanish Explorer Mendoza. Our Sister City is called Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.
