To be left alone = ideal. Just sometimes, not every time. While there are no barriers raised, of any kind, it helps to be given space for a change.
Having said that, young Amy does like to see what's going on. (She's too young to try whatever she sees happening.) There is no difference between her & any of the others at the same age. (Natalia still remembers. It's that kind of lasting impression kids enjoy.) They can always tell Mummy they've been good, & they did 'help', when asked.
