Generous Austin philanthropist Blake Byram recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Cedar Park Police Department for the donations he has made to the Neighborhood Night Out Program. By donating valuable helicopter and piloting services to the program, Blake Byram helped to make it a success, and has earned the respect and accolades of community leaders for his generosity.Blake Byram served valiantly in the United States Coast Guard from 1991 to 1994, and ended his service as an Honor Graduate. During the course of his service tenure, Blake Byram received the award in Expert Marksman in pistol and rifle shooting, as well as a Meritorious Commendation for Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.
