(EN) Black Diamonds is a sound system made up of three young musicians settled in Barcelona, València and Castelló. Moved by their addiction to the most exquisited late 60s Jamaican rhythms, the crew gets together in 2012, with the aim to spread and promote from party to party the tropical-flavored music they love.
As a sound system, always only & strictly 7’’ vinyl, they obsessively focus their selection in the musical style that burst like an offbeat rhythm into that autumn, back in 1966: Rocksteady. A style they sometimes like to combine with the most tasteful reggae and ska from the late sixties.
Black Diamonds are passionate music collectors, and during their sessions they offer an steamy-festive show in a strictly Jamaican style, in which selectors will bring you back to those colorful parties, back in the days, joined on the mic by the cheeky Dani Lampérez.
