Ben began DJing early House and Hardcore Breakbeat as "Chill'm" in Essex, England back in 1989. Playing local events and Pirate radio. In 1995 after the Rave years, he had made the move to London, changed his name to Ben Jam was a regular on the House circuit with residencies at F@vouritizm, Summerhouse, FunkShoppe, Fling, Po Na Na and a legendary 6-year stint at Detroit Bar. He's graced the decks at many other London establishments Including Herbal, Plan B, The Retreat, Thirst, Abigails Party, The Saint, 333 Mother bar, Gatecrasher @ Heaven, Turnmills and was co-host of 'Favouritizm Live' with Sarah Foote on 'Trust the DJ' Radio in London.
Now in Perth Australia, he's DJ /Producer and Label Owner of Brain Kat Records.
