The Beatsabar Radio Show on local community radio station, 101.8 WCRFM is an hour long radio show, produced and hosted by John ‘Tipsey’ Paul. The studio manager and sound engineer present a weekly uncensored independent show, every Wednesday 9pm-10pm which has brought new and unsigned artists over the airways for the last year and a half.
Each show is dedicated to a Wolverhampton or West Midlands musical legend, which means the show starts and ends with a song from the chosen artist. The reason for this format is to show local artist what they can achieve if they work hard.
The main part of of the show is filled with local community issues, light topics, humour, banter and music which has been sent to the show or recorded in the Beatsabar Music Project studios in Wolverhampton.
