This is the 12th edition of Beat the future, and the 1st on mixcloud, hoping to manage to get the other shows to upload it here. It features some tunes from 2 new "beat" compilations, Cid Rim's debut album, a North Carolina's producer called Holygrailers, our friend Josip Klobučar's new free track "Drought", etc..

I have to notice that there're so much free "beat" compilations with really good tracks around, i presented a lot of them in the past shows, and i can't stop. In this edition we have Proximal record's Beat Stew Vol. 4 from LA released on 19th June and the Piu Piu Beat Tape Vol. 2 that came out on 14th August, a promo album for the homonymous documentary of Montreal's experimental beat scene that will premiere in fall next year.

Cid Rim should've performed on the RBMA stage on Terraneo fest at the same time his album was coming out.. i was performing there too so i thought i would ask him a few questions about his debut and feature it in the show, but naaah.. next time
