Miami 1982. The air hangs thick and heavy as temperatures run high along the sun kissed boards of The Boulevard. Palm trees throw shade over the pastel coloured buildings of the strip - a daylight costume that fades as the sun goes down, and gives way to the glittering jacket of night time. This is a neon city where girls in short skirts with golden tans work their way into the hearts of the bad boys of the beach. But all that glitters ain't gold in this popping playground, for high-rollers, roller skaters love makers and money takers.
