For those in heaven to experience full eternal bliss, they must have something to compare it to. Otherwise, who cares, another Tuesday more bliss yawn. So, paradoxically, they must be aware that there are, and they have escaped, eternal torment. This conditions their eternal bliss with an awareness of fear, anxiety, and pain. Of course those in hell must also be aware of their counterparts in heaven, or as before, it's Tuesday, more pitchforks and madness.
The title refers to the orbit of Saturn, which has been around the sun twice during my life.
