DJ Pride. A Vinyl DJ playing and listening to Classic House from the early UK rave scene!
In 1988 when the UK rave scene was gathering momentum I spent my weekends attending and playing at the illegal raves in and around London.
At the time I played under the name of DJ Pride, and played alongside some of the legends of the scene, who are still doing their thing today.
When the rave scene eventually went legal and the events where more organised we carried on making memories. We were pioneers of the scene and I am proud to say we all helped make it what it is today!
Now I prefer to play and record in my home studio, reminiscing of the great times me and my friends had.
