Bakkinger has been DJing for over 20 years, playing his first gig in 1993 and starting his first club residency in 1997. By 2000 Bakkinger was hosting 2-3 club nights a week, a Saturday afternoon Radio show on FirmFM (Wellington, New Zealand), squeezing in private parties when he could and working as the advertising producer/copy editor for FirmFM
Bakkinger relocated from New Zealand to Seattle in 2007. Bakkinger still loves Music and DJing
