BD's Rock Show was the longest-running specialist music show on Express FM 93.7, the only radio station broadcasting from Portsmouth.
Every Wednesday night, ten til midnight, BD and his occasional co-host, Thrashman, delighted with new and classic songs from the world of Rock, Hard Rock and Heavy Metal.
It's a unique show, unlike anything you've ever heard before and promotes local and unsigned bands via it's irregular feature, Show Us Your Metal.
Now, in a new lease of life, BD & Thrashman will be recording podcast / on-demand shows featuring the same great music and laughs which regular listeners came to love during their 14-year tenure at Express FM.
