BAM SALUTE Sound is created at the end of 1997 by BIG SHOT, then Black Roots Records owner, records shop specialized in Jamaican music in Toulouse in the south west of France.
The Sound System is going to promote Jamaican music through many dances all over France, and through the radio show, weekly rendez vous of reggae lovers on the radio Campus Toulouse.
BAM SALUTE Sound team will grow over the years and BIG SHOT will be joined successively by DOC SEB , ED VIBES , COOLSTEADY , Mr HEDI .
In 2004 , BIG SHOT sells his shop and move to Paris . He leaves his Toulouse radio show to ED VIBES and joins radio Campus Paris which has just been created to make another radio show.
The sound system acquires a national notoriety with his 2 live radio shows, and with some unforgettable dances and soundclashes.
