¡Ay!Kalimba! is a musical collective based in Yorkshire bringing Tropical heat through musical rhythms from across the world to the clubs in the more temperate rainforest of the Calder Valley and beyond.

The ¡Ay!Kalimba! crew have a deep love for Afro, Latin and Dancehall flavours and have been showcasing their own edits and original productions alongside worldwide club sounds and live headline acts.

¡Ay!Kalimba! is made up of longtime DJ cohorts Nicky General and J-Black (Chapter 4, Chum Chon HiFi) and DJ Cutterz (Village Live, Voodoo Black) who between them have supported artists as diverse as the likes of Mr Scruff, De La Soul, Wu-Tang Clan, Tom Findlay (Groove Armada), Neil Barnes (Leftfield), Zion Train, Iration Steppas, O.B.F., Lee Scratch Perry among many more.
